The Supreme Court & Appellate and Tax Controversy & Transfer Pricing practices are recognized for their skill, performance, talent, range of experience and unparalleled knowledge of how to deal with the federal appellate courts. "The firm's impressive credentials extend beyond pure courtroom skills, and a broad range of attributes makes the firm a premier operator," noted the commentary in the recently released Volume 3 of the Legal 500 U.S. In addition, the firm's Antitrust, Environment, Patent Litigation, Securities Litigation and Telecommunications practices were also recognized.

The Supreme Court & Appellate Practice Group is ranked as the leading appellate practice in the United States.
