Private Equity: Mid-Market, France – Chambers says, “The firm has a strong offering for private equity transactions on both the mid-cap and high-end LBO markets.” A source adds, “We’ve been extremely happy on the transactions that Mayer Brown has helped us with this year; the contact has been very proactive and commercial and the lawyers understand what is beyond the legal clauses.” Another says, “The lawyers were precise, responsive, creative and very client-friendly in their billing practices.”
