Mayer Brown represents The Dow Chemical Company in the sale of global sodium borohydride business

Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, represented The Dow Chemical Company in the sale of its global sodium borohydride business to Vertellus Specialty Materials LLC.

The eight-practice, nine-office Mayer Brown team included lawyers from the firm’s Corporate & Securities, Tax Transactions & Consulting, Employment & Benefits, Environmental, Intellectual Property, Business Technology & Sourcing, Real Estate and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practices in Chicago, New York, Shanghai, Düsseldorf, Paris, Hong Kong, London and Charlotte and from the São Paulo office of Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown. The team was led by Corporate & Securities partners Marc Sperber, Jason Wagenmaker, Bruce Perce (all Chicago), Todd Bowen (New York), Betty Tam (Shanghai), Christof Gaudig (Düsseldorf) and Serge Levine (Paris).
