The scope and range of events that we are involved with demonstrate our desire to build diversity in as many ways as possible. Participating in special events that target specific groups is an effective way to (i) promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession, (ii) build interest in our firm and (iii) expand our culture of inclusion.   • Sponsored and participated in UpRising events to open pathways for talented young people from diverse and under-represented backgrounds across the UK including Fastlaners an employability programme for graduates from across East London, an alumni event where London Litigation partner Stuart Pickford delivered a session on diversity in the legal profession and removing bias in recruitment, and a women in leadership event where London Insurance partner Ingrid Hobbs participated in a panel discussion about tackling the cultural and practical obstacles to female leadership.
