Simon Rose is a partner in the Tax practice of the London office.

With more than 25 years' experience, he is a considerably knowledgeable tax lawyer. His practice includes advising on the tax-related matters of a variety of structures. Simon is particularly experienced advising on UK, offshore and international funds in the real estate and private equity sectors encompassing a range of investment vehicles, including limited partnerships, joint ventures, unit trusts, open-ended investment companies, REITS and hybrid funds.

In addition to being a solicitor, Simon is a chartered tax advisor and an associate of the Institute of Indirect Taxation.
