Livia Crepaldi Wolf ist im Bereich Cybersecurity & Data Privacy im Frankfurter Büro von Mayer Brown tätig. Sie berät Mandanten in Fragen des Datenschutzes und der Cybersicherheit, einschließlich der Vorbereitung und der Reaktion auf Cyberangriffe, der Bewertung und Meldung von Datenschutzverletzungen, der datenschutzrechtlichen Analyse neuer Produkte und Tools und der strategischen Beratung mit Schwerpunkt auf grenzüberschreitende Datenverarbeitungen.

Livia Crepaldi Wolf ist Mitglied der Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main und als Anwältin in Portugal und Brasilien zugelassen. Vor ihrer Tätigkeit bei Mayer Brown sammelte Sie mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Dispute Resolution in Brasilien und Deutschland, wobei Sie Mandanten in Gerichts- und Schiedsverfahren im Rahmen des allgemeinen Handelsrecht und Rechts des geistigen Eigentums vertrat. Livia Crepaldi Wolf hat auch Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von Mandanten bei der Prüfung verschiedener Arten von Verträgen sowie bei Due-Diligence-Projekten. 

Darüber hinaus besitzt Livia Crepaldi Wolf eine Zertifizierung als Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
