Admitted to the Paris Bar, Pauline Barbier is an associate in the Tax Transactions & Consulting practice in the Paris office.

Her practice focuses mainly on international and domestic taxation. She advises international groups of companies as well as investment funds in their acquisition and financing. Her practice focuses on different aspects of cross-border transactions, including tax due diligence and structuring.

She also provides general tax advice to companies and their managers, and has experience in the field of tax controversy.

In addition to her native French, Pauline is fluent in English.
