Esther Chang named among Mergers & Acquisitions’ 2022 “Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A”
Mayer Brown announced that Chicago Corporate & Securities partner Esther Chang was named among those listed in Mergers & Acquisitions’ 2022 “Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A” list. This year’s class of 44 highly-accomplished women in the industry, including an elite group of only 12 women in private law practice, demonstrate “leadership both inside and outside their firms, a focus on critical issues important to their clients, and a commitment to give back as role models and mentors” according to Mergers & Acquisitions.
Ms. Chang has led a number of high-profile US and cross-border M&A and corporate transactions. Her practice spans a variety of industries, including fintech, automotive, manufacturing, packaging, life sciences, energy and nutritional products.
A co-leader of Mayer Brown’s Asian Affinity Group, Ms. Chang was also named to the “Top Rising Stars” List by The Deal in 2021 and Lawyers of Color’s “Hot List” for 2020.
