I am very excited to contribute to the continued expansion of the practice and look forward to working with the talented lawyers at Mayer Brown in pursuing these growth opportunities.”

“JoonBeom is an extremely talented attorney with impressive experience advising on the tax aspects of fund formation, and we are delighted to welcome him to the firm,” said Richard Spehr, the partner-in-charge of Mayer Brown’s New York office. “His arrival in New York bolsters Mayer Brown’s momentum in the strategically important area of tax, which includes the recent arrival of partners Thomas Humphreys and Zal Kumar.”
