Paris - The management of Potel & Chabot, Edmond de Rotschild Investment Partners and Accorhotels have entered into exclusive negotiations with Potel & Chabot’s shareholders, of which the main shareholder 21 Centrale Partners, to acquire the group’s entire share capital. This deal, which provides the group scope for development, is to be finalized in the coming months following the competent authorities’ approval.

Created in 1820, the Potel & Chabot group, the leading French luxury caterer, has developed unique know-how. The group undertakes over 10 000 receptions in Europe and worldwide, and caters over 500 000 guests for a turnover of over € 100M.

The company is also the exclusive operator of a portfolio of exceptional venues located in the heart of Paris as Pavillon Vendôme, the group is a major partner of iconic major companies, private customers, sporting, cultural and industrial events (as the French Open at Roland Garros, La Biennale des Antiquaires). The two brands of the group, Potel & Chabot and Saint Clair le Traiteur, have become a benchmark for the sector.
