CFPB Unleashes Draft Rule On Arbitration Clauses

Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner Andrew Pincus (Washington DC) is quoted in this article discussing the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's proposal that would ban consumer financial services providers from prohibiting customers, through contracts with mandatory arbitration clauses, from filing or joining class actions.
