Gabriela Kennedy and Karen H.F. Lee’s article on data privacy challenges of biometric technology has been republished by Thomson Reuters’ Computer and Telecommunications Law Review, where Gabriela is also the Asia editor.
In the article, Gabriela and Karen look at the security of biometric data. While advancements like face and fingerprint recognition technology have made all kinds of daily transactions more convenient, the authors say we also need to counter the threat of abuse.
