Two recent IP related cases in Hong Kong

In a bylined article, Gabriela Kennedy and Karen Lee examine a case in Hong Kong filed by Facebook, which is seeking an injunction to prevent an online games promoter from using its website. And another one where a decision made by the Administrative Appeal Board which confirmed the Privacy Commissioner's earlier decision against two Hong Kong magazines for breaching the Data Protection Principle of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
