Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson told reporters today that he will ask a federal court to subject the new executive order to a stay blocking implementation of an executive order with the same title, signed January 27, 2017. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced his intent to join Washington’s legal challenge. Hawaii Attorney General Doug Chin filed a separate challenge of President Trump’s travel ban yesterday.
