Privacy requirements in Hong Kong’s workplace

Intellectual Property partner Gabriela Kennedy and Intellectual Property associate Karen H.F. Lee provided their insights on Hong Kong’s data privacy environment as well as privacy requirements in the city’s workplace for Bloomberg BNA’s new privacy and data security online portal.

In the profile section on Hong Kong, Gabriela and Karen looked at the city’s privacy laws and regulations, the role of the regulators and the enforcement landscape, risk environment and emerging issues and outlook.

They also provided an overview of Hong Kong’s data protection and privacy laws governing the city’s workplace.
