Nick’s review of recent cases looks at a decision on whether an employer could remove an outdated allowance following a TUPE transfer. Secondly we have clarification on which wages claims can be decided in the Employment Tribunal. Finally we have a case where the Judge decided that the individual was an employee and not a consultant although neither party was seeking to argue this point.
