New DOJ Enforcement Policies and Implications for Financial Institutions

In late January, the Office of the Associate Attorney General issued a memo that prohibits the Department of Justice from using its civil enforcement authority to prosecute noncompliance with guidance documents as violations of law. Please join Mayer Brown lawyers Daniel Stein and Thomas Delaney on March 8 for a 30-minute discussion of the genesis of the DOJ memo and its implications for civil enforcement actions brought by the DOJ as well as by federal bank regulatory agencies.
