Mayer Brown partner to be inducted as American College of Bankruptcy fellow

Mayer Brown is pleased to announce that Hong Kong partner John Marsden, who also serves as the managing partner of the firm's Vietnam and Thailand offices, has been chosen by the American College of Bankruptcy to be inducted as a Fellow.

Mr. Marsden is one of 36 lawyers, and the only lawyer from Asia, to be honored and recognized for their professional excellence and exceptional contributions to the fields of bankruptcy and insolvency in March 2019.

According to the American College of Bankruptcy, nominees undergo a rigorous nomination process and are extended an invitation to join based on their achievement record that reflects the highest standards of professionalism. The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary professional and educational association of bankruptcy and insolvency professionals, which plays an important role in sustaining professional excellence and supports educational and pro bono efforts in local communities around the country.
