Mayer Brown advises Textura Corporation on acquisition by Oracle for $663 million

Mayer Brown represented Textura Corporation, a leading provider of construction contracts and payment management cloud services, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Oracle for approximately $663 million net of Textura’s cash. The transaction is expected to close in 2016.

The Mayer Brown team was led by partner William Kucera, co-leader of the firm’s M&A practice in the Americas, as well as Corporate & Securities partner Frederick Thomas (both Chicago). The team also included lawyers from the firm’s Antitrust & Competition, Business & Technology Sourcing, Corporate & Securities, Employment & Benefits, Intellectual Property, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Tax Transactions & Consulting practices in Brussels, Chicago and Washington DC.
