Mayer Brown advised Altice Europe on the partial sale of its towers in France and in Portugal

Altice Europe NV (Euronext: ATC, ATCB) ("Altice Europe") has announced it has entered into exclusive talks with the American investment fund KKR with regard to the sale of a 49.99% stake in the company dedicated to the management of its 10,200 telecom tower sites in France, valued at €3.6bn.

On the same day, Altice has signed an agreement with a consortium including Morgan Stanley Infrastructure and Horizon Equity Partners with regard to the sale of 75% of its future Portuguese Towerco ("Towers of Portugal" or "ToP"), with a portfolio of 2,691 sites and valued at €660m.

The team advising Altice Europe on the structuring aspects of this deal included Laurent Borey (partner), Nicolas Danan and Louis Nayberg.
