Existing leveraged financing structures have been placed under the microscope recently with a number of leveraged credits going through significant restructurings. On the whole the structures employed (if not the economics) have withstood significant stress; but how will experiences of these restructurings impact and inform new leveraged deals? This article continues to look at how the experiences of recent restructurings of leveraged credits will impact and inform new leveraged deals.
