This is the second of a special two-part legal update series advising clients on Hong Kong's new competition law, which will shortly be signed and promulgated by the Chief Executive and gazetted as an Ordinance. In our previous Part I update Hong Kong Adopts New Competition Law, we highlighted key aspects of the competition law that all businesses who operate in (or sell into) Hong Kong should be aware of. Now, in this Part II, we provide detailed guidance on the steps businesses should be taking to ensure appropriate compliance and risk-management in relation to the new law.
