Equity Incentive Plans: Extending US- and UK-based Plans Across the Pond

Please join partners Jim Williams and Andrew Stanger as they address the various legal issues involved in extending the equity incentive plans of UK-based companies to employees in the United States and vice versa. For the first 30 minutes, Andrew Stanger will lead a discussion of the legal issues US companies must consider in extending their equity compensation plans to their UK employees. That will be followed by a discussion lead by Jim Williams, which will focus on US law considerations in extending equity compensation plans of UK-based companies to their US employees. Specific topics that will be addressed include the following:
