Electronic Privacy Update Sponsored by Microsoft

Please join leaders from business and civil society for a discussion on the need for reform of digital privacy laws, and an important announcement related to Microsoft’s litigation challenging a U.S. government search warrant for customer data stored overseas.

This litigation, currently pending before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, has been described in The Washington Post as one of the “most intriguing, consequential, and complex legal cases having to do with technology now in the courts.”
