Hong Kong Economic Journal quotes John Hickin on impact of the Competition Ordinance on Hong Kong’s supermarket sector. John stressed that while the law doesn't prohibit companies from having a dominant role in the market, but when market competitors collude to undertake anti-competition activities, they are breaking the regulations.
