Class Action Arbitration and the Supreme Court: Implications for the Future of Antitrust and Arbitration Law

The panelists will discuss the two class action arbitration cases now pending before the United States Supreme Court, American Express Co. v. Italian Colors Restaurant and Oxford Health Plans LLC v. Sutter, the likely outcome of those cases, and the implications for the future of class action arbitration and for litigation of antitrust and other claims in the United States. The panel brings together leading experts on class action arbitration and antitrust law, including plaintiff and defense practitioners and experienced arbitrators.
