China’s New Trademark Law Introduces Key Changes

The PRC government passed a decision to amend the PRC Trademark Law on 30 August 2013. Following on from our legal update "Proposals to Amend PRC Trademark Law may Impact on Trademark Squatting", issued earlier this year, this update gives a full summary of the key changes to the PRC Trademark Law, which will come into effect on 1 May 2014.
