Changes continue to be introduced to HR Regulation in many of the Asian jurisdictions in 2011. Amongst them were changes to the law surrounding holidays and increases to minimum wage. Other areas affected were regulations on social security and occupational health and safety. This publication sets out a summary of the major regulatory changes that occurred in 14 Asian jurisdictions in 2011.
