Who We Look For

We have developed performance standards for every person in Mayer Brown. These performance standards are released to staff and provide the benchmark against which their performance can be appraised. They provide a fair means for appraisal and a basis for our training and development programmes. By referring to the performance standards, we have identified the skills which are critically important to you in assisting you in your professional and personal growth. These also provide the general criteria for recruiting prospective staff.
