California Court Revives Class Litigation In 'Suitable Seating' Case Against Rite Aid

Litigation & Dispute Resolution partner Don Falk (Palo Alto) is quoted in an article discussing the California Court of Appeal's recent decision that a former Rite Aid Corp. employee may pursue a class action alleging the retailer violated state law by not allowing cashiers to sit while serving customers at checkout.
