Mayer Brown recognized for maintaining strong client relationships in BTI Client Relationship Scorecard 2014

Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, has ranked #13 among 650 law firms with the strongest client relationships in BTI Client Relationship Scorecard 2014, a report based on survey feedback from more than 500 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other large companies. Mayer Brown’s impressive ranking earned the firm a spot on the “BTI Power Elite” list—the top 23 law firms outperforming more than 95% of the market serving large corporate clients in building and maintaining client relationships.

Published by The BTI Consulting Group, the report identifies firms that have “strong, well-established relationships as a primary law firm” for Fortune 1000 companies that have received “vibrant, enthusiastic client recommendations” from corporate counsel at such companies.

The BTI Client Relationship Scorecard 2014 also noted Mayer Brown’s ability to serve clients in two particular industries:

  • Mayer Brown was recognized as a “Banking Leader” for its commitment to meeting the needs of its banking clients; and
  • Mayer Brown ranked among the top four firms for service to clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

Of Mayer Brown’s strong rankings, BTI President Michael Rynowecer said, “In a climate where clients are unrelenting in their demands, Mayer Brown’s performance is especially impressive.”
