Mayer Brown advises BNP Paribas on financing for acquisition of The Kleinfelder Group by Wind Point Partners

Mayer Brown represented BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners, and BNP Paribas, as administrative agent, in connection with the first lien term and revolving credit facilities, and BNP Paribas Securities Corp., as sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner, and BNP Paribas, as administrative agent, in connection with the second lien term loan credit facility, provided for the acquisition by financial sponsor Wind Point Partners of The Kleinfelder Group, Inc., an engineering, construction management, design and environmental professional services firm.
