Arbitration vs. Litigation: Choosing Your Dispute Resolution Method Wisely

Often in the negotiation of international transactions, the selection of the dispute resolution method is an afterthought. Deciding whether to submit to international arbitration or a court system (and which court system) can be the result of a party’s past practices, policies or personal preferences rather than matching the method to the transaction. In this webinar, our speakers will discuss the relative merits and demerits of choosing a court system or international arbitration and some of the key issues that should be evaluated when making a decision. We hope that attendees will come away with a better appreciation of the issues to keep in mind when choosing a dispute resolution method.
