American Bar Association’s National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law

As the demographics of the United States shift and it becomes a majority-minority nation, suggestions have been raised that race discrimination in employment will gradually disappear from the workplace. This premise is squarely contradicted by escalating racial tensions across the country and increasing protests led by Black Lives Matter and other similar organizations. Andrew Rosenman will participate on a panel of experienced litigators who will explore how this existing dichotomy presents unique challenges in selecting case themes, strategies, and juries in race discrimination litigation. Through hypotheticals and small groups, they will jointly explore the intricacies of a modern race discrimination case.
