Experience
David has been involved in litigation in Hong Kong for over 17 years, including general commercial, professional indemnity, securities, employment and construction litigation and personal and corporate insolvency.
David has also acted as a provisional liquidator appointed by the Official Receiver; was a founding member of the Hong Kong Environmental Law Association; and has worked variously as a research assistant, tutor and lecturer for The University of Hong Kong, City University, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Monash University of Australia.
In 2002, David became a Professional Support Lawyer, focusing on dispute resolution, construction, intellectual property, insurance, employment and insolvency. He is also involved in managing the Firm's knowledge systems and risk management within JSM.
David is a senior associate of JSM.
