- Advises on a diversified range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property (IP) and information technology (IT) law for both Hong Kong and the PRC, including enforcement actions of IP rights; civil litigation; filing criminal complaints with the Hong Kong customs; PRC customs seizures; licensing and assignment of IP rights; trademark opposition; domain name registration and dispute resolution; software-related agreements; manufacturing and distributorship agreements, etc. Alan also assisted in defamatory lawsuits for celebrities and various entertainment matters including music and film contracts.
