- Acted for a real estate investment fund of Century Land Limited in the acquisition of No. 59 Connaught Road, Hong Kong, a tenanted office building, at a price of HK$451 million.
- Acted for a real estate investment fund Century Land Limited in the acquisition of Crocodile Houses I and II, Nos. 50-56 Connaught Road, Hong Kong, tenanted office buildings, at a price of HK$1.070 billion.
- Acted for Vicwood International Limited in the sale of Vicwood Plaza, at a price of HK$842.8 million.
- Acted for LaSalle Investment Management in the acquisition of two cold storage facilities in Kwai Chung, New Territories through the acquisition of the shares of the owning companies. The total consideration of the transaction was HK$650 million.
