Dean Isaacs is a transactional attorney whose practice addresses a broad spectrum of issues related to US and international real estate, including construction, acquisition and mezzanine loans; intercreditor agreements; joint ventures; land assemblage; acquisition, disposition and development of office, retail, hotel, entertainment, resort, shopping, single and multi-family residential, condominium and condominium-hotels; workouts, restructurings and foreclosures.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 1988, Dean was associated with another prominent law firm in Chicago.
