Real Estate: Commercial real estate practice with experience in: Acquisitions and Dispositions - represent institutions, real estate investment trusts, pension funds, and developers in acquiring and disposing of commercial buildings, industrial buildings, vacant real estate, golf courses, and condominium buildings, including large, multi-asset closings; Joint Ventures - represent institutions and pension funds in creating partnerships and limited liability companies for the purpose of acquiring and developing retail, industrial and commercial properties; Real Estate Financing - represent banks, insurance companies and other lenders, as well as borrowers, in construction financing and conventional financing transactions as well as loan assumption transactions; Leasing - represent commercial landlords and major tenants in drafting and negotiating office and industrial leases.
