  • 51 Hung To Road - acting for a Hong Kong listed investor in the acquisition and the subsequent sale (by way of disposal of the entire issued share capital of the ultimate holding company) of the industrial building.
  • 1063 King's Road - acting for a Hong Kong listed company in the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of the holding company of the commercial building in North Point.
  • 88 Gloucester Road - acting for a financial institution in financing the acquisition of the commercial building; acting for the local listed owner in the subsequent sale of the building by way of disposal of the entire issued share capital of the property-holding company.
  • Kam Kwok Building/National Building, Gloucester Road, Wanchai - acting as trustee appointed by the Lands Tribunal in the compulsory sale of the composite buildings under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance Cap 545.
  • AXA Centre, 161 Gloucester Road - acting for a local listed company in the acquisition of the majority interest in the commercial building together with the subsequent intra-group transfer and acting for a bank in financing the acquisition.
  • Caine Road - acting for a real estate fund in the acquisition of a number of residential / commercial buildings in Caine Road for redevelopment including the related acquisition and construction financing and proceedings under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance Cap.545.
  • Lots C5 and C6, Nam Van Lake, Macau - acting for the lenders in the syndicated lending to finance / refinance the acquisition and construction costs of the residential development including the subsequent application for modification of the land concessions and consequential restructuring of security documents.
  • Aveida Wai Long, Cotai, Macau - acting for a local listed company in the pre-sale of a residential development at Aveida Wai Long, Cotai, Macau including the application for modification of land concessions.
  • Industrial Estates - acting for Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (incorporated under the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation Ordinance Cap.565) in the granting, modification and surrendering of long-term leases of land for industrial development at the three industrial estate sites at Tai Po, Yuen Long and Tseung Kwan O, New Territories.
