Experience 
Linda Hagens Earle is a counsel in Mayer Brown’s Houston office, where she focuses her practice on real estate and related lending matters.  Her real estate practice encompasses the representation of construction, interim, and permanent lenders, buyers, and sellers in their purchases or sales of improved and unimproved real estate.  As part of this work, she assists her clients with multi-state and multi-property sales and acquisitions. 

In the area of real estate lending and finance, Linda advises clients regarding first, second and leasehold mortgage loans.  She also handles real estate loan workouts and foreclosures.

Linda joined Mayer Brown in 1998 after practicing for 20 years with another major law firm in Houston.
