Experience in real and personal property valuation, multi-state ad valorem tax management, real estate tax appeals, real estate tax sales & delinquencies, tax exemptions and litigation, including the taxation of complex industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, commercial, office, telecommunications, nursing and long-term health care facilities, life care facilities, retail, agricultural, multifamily, low income, sanitary landfill, leasehold and special use properties • broad experience with real property transfer tax issues in many states and local jurisdictions • General litigation experience including class action lawsuits, condemnation actions, discovery, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and appellate brief preparation.
