- Commercial Real Estate Securitisation - acting for the sponsor and issuer in the largest commercial property rental receivables securitisation in Asia.
- Urban redevelopment - acting in numerous syndicated financing of developers in joint venture with Urban Renewal Authority in urban redevelopment project.
- KCRC development - acting in numerous syndicated financing of developers in joint venture with the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation in development of railway site along the KCRC lines.
- MTRC development - acting in numerous syndicated financing of developers in joint venture with the Mass Transit Railway Corporation in development of railway site along the MTRC lines.

- Financing the acquisition of real estate by a REIT in Hong Kong - acting for a syndicate of banks and financial institutions in a HK$7.2 billion financing transaction financing the acquisition of real estate by a REIT in Hong Kong.
