- Acting for major banks in financing transactions ranging from bilateral loan to syndicated financing for acquisition, development and redevelopment of real property in Hong Kong
- Acting in syndicated financing secured by property portfolio of real estate investment trusts and private investment funds
- Acting in syndicated financing of developers in joint venture with statutory bodies in the development or redevelopment of railway sites and urban renewal sites
- Advising on real property acquisitions and joint ventures for developers or private investors for development or redevelopment of real property in Hong Kong
- Advising on land use and land grant issues and resumption of land in Hong Kong
- Acting for developers and statutory bodies in project conveyancing including advising on land grant issues from project conveyancing perspective, preparation of deeds of mutual covenant and negotiating with government departments and other professional consultants on project basis
