- Handling various aspects of real estate work in Hong Kong, including sales and purchases of units, sales by way of tender, mortgagee sales, project sales, sale of uncompleted projects, and property financing
- Assisting in REIT transaction, in particular due diligence exercise on title checking and tenancies
- Acting for investors in PRC property sales and acquisitions, in particular acquisition by way of tenders, and sales and purchases of residential units by way of private treaty
- Advising on commercial leasing in Hong Kong
- Acting for companies and sponsors in IPOs, in particular on the title checking due diligence exercise
