Experience
Heather Adkerson is an associate in Mayer Brown's real estate practice. Heather's experience in commercial real estate includes the representation of institutions, real estate investment trusts, pension funds and developers in acquiring and disposing of commercial buildings, industrial buildings, vacant real estate, golf courses and condominium buildings, including large, multi-asset closings. Heather also has experience in joint ventures, representing institutions in creating partnerships and limited liability companies for the purpose of acquiring and developing retail, industrial and commercial properties. In addition, she represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions as well as loan assumption transactions.
Heather joined Mayer Brown in 2007.
