- Advising on property acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, investment through mutual funds or other securities and project finance

- Advises on all project-related activities, from incorporation of a company, acquisition of land/assets and reviewing commercial contracts to company restructuring

- Advising on investment from overseas through the SEC mutual fund or other alternative securities
- Advising foreign banks and financial institutions on project finance matters, including loans to local companies, securitisation and the issuance of bill’s of exchange in Thailand
- Advising an overseas multi-national on an equity acquisition in a local real estate company currently under court supervised restructuring
- Advising various international hotel chains on the establishment of hotels in Thailand, including standard documentation and management
