Mayer Brown advised Triton's Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II (Triton) on the acquisition of all shares of Kälte Eckert GmbH (Kälte Eckert) and its subsidiaries. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
Triton is an international private equity firm. Since its foundation, Triton has launched 10 funds focused on companies in the industrial technology, services, consumer goods and healthcare sectors. Triton's portfolio companies generate revenue of approximately €18.1 billion and employ nearly 104,000 people.
Kälte Eckert, is a supplier of air conditioning, technology-based natural refrigerants. The company develops and produces customized, environment-friendly cooling and air-conditioning systems for corporate and private customers.
