Stephan Gittermann is a partner in the Frankfurt office of Mayer Brown’s Corporate practice. He advises clients on public offerings, takeovers, squeeze-outs, capital increases, the preparation of listed companies’ annual general meetings (AGMs), and on corporate governance issues. Stephan also advises on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Stephan has practiced law in Frankfurt for more than 15 years. He joined Mayer Brown in 2007 after having been a member of another magic circle law firm in Frankfurt am Main office (including an assignment in that firm’s London office), and was also a member of another Frankfurt law firm. In addition to his native German, Stephan also speaks English.
