Simon Allison is an associate in the Corporate practice of the London office. He joined Mayer Brown as a trainee in 2008. In 2009/10, Simon spent six months on secondment to the corporate headquarters of AstraZeneca PLC.
Simon advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on equity, equity-linked and debt securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Simon also provides advice to clients on matters related to company law, corporate governance and continuing obligations under the Listing Rules, the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and the AIM Rules.
